On this page, you can buy or sell Hydromars shares - either during new rights issues or directly from shareholders restructuring their portfolios.
Hydromars is currently an unlisted company, and therefore, its shares do not have a market price. For reference, the most recent rights issue in Q1 2024 set the share price at SEK 6.
Hydromars does not facilitate transactions between shareholders wishing to sell their shares and potential buyers. As we are not authorized by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to act as a broker, we do not serve as an intermediary in such transactions. It is the responsibility of both parties - the seller and the buyer - to ensure that the transaction is properly executed and that the agreed share price is mutually satisfactory.
To assist in this process, we have provided a template for a Settlement Note. This document serves as a formal agreement under the Sale of Goods Act and can be used for tax returns, estate inventories, and other legal purposes.

To purchase Hydromars shares from one of our current shareholders, select a shareholder from the provided list and agree on the price and number of shares you wish to acquire.
The selected shareholder is responsible for providing a settlement note, while the buyer is responsible for paying the agreed price for the shares.
Upon acceptance of the settlement note and completion of payment, the shareholder’s bank or broker will register the transfer with Euroclear, updating the company’s shareholder register accordingly.
To sell your Hydromars shares, please complete the registration form.
By submitting your information, you consent to the publication of your name, phone number, and email address on the Hydromars website.
Interested buyers will contact you using the details you provide. The price and terms of the sale will be agreed upon directly between you and the buyer, as Hydromars does not participate in the transaction. You are responsible for providing the settlement note.
Once the buyer has made the payment, you will need to contact your bank or stockbroker to facilitate the transfer of shares. Your bank or stockbroker will then update the ownership records with Euroclear.
If the shares have not been sold within 14 days, please resubmit the form.
