On September 7th, Hydromars participated in the Project Fair organized by KTH and pitched Hydromars Orbital payload requirements to aerospace master’s students.
Involvement of interested students will be within the Individual Project Course in Space Technology where they will get hands-on experience working on an actual orbital payload.
Potential contributions to Hydromars current payload development will include the development of an electrical subsystem (including payload on-board computer (OBC) and the power distribution unit (PDU)) and work with CAD, FEA, and CNC machining.
KTH Space Center coordinates and promotes space-related activity at several KTH departments, with an overarching objective of establishing KTH as a “Space University” and a hub for Swedish space research and technology. Hence, KTH is partnering with Hydromars to bridge the industry with upcoming talent in the field of space and promote industrial-academia linkage.
